We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. The continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Services
MIB Promotions offers a range of IT services, including but not limited to custom software development, web development, hybrid mobile app development, IoT solutions, and blockchain development. Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements or project proposals. Any additional services requested beyond the original scope will be subject to additional charges and new timelines.
Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required to complete the project in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party rights. Delays in providing requested information or approvals may result in project delays or additional costs.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are payable within [insert payment term, e.g., 30 days] of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services. MIB Promotions retains ownership of all deliverables until full payment is received.
Intellectual Property

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Warranties and Liability
MIB Promotions warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not guarantee that the deliverables will be error-free or that all defects will be corrected. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice. Termination will not affect any payment obligations for work already completed. In the event of termination, MIB Promotions reserves the right to retain intellectual property rights until full payment is received.
Governing Law
